Tips for People with Sensitive Skin

If you're someone with really sensitive skin, you may have experienced problems with pads and certain types of clothing.
I can't guarantee my tips will work, but here are some things I recommend.
I highly recommend buying a pad with bamboo like charcoal bamboo, bamboo jersey, bamboo fleece, or bamboo velour. Bamboo is hypoallergenic and won't cause any chafing. Fabrics like cotton can be rougher on the skin and synthetic fibers that are processed like minky and crushed velvet can also create problems for some people.
Purchase un-dyed fabrics such as charcoal bamboo, un-dyed organic bamboo velour, or raw silk.
Consider the detergent you're using. People are more sensitive to some detergents over others. You can use a more mild detergent. If you do, I would avoid purchasing lighter pads if you don't want staining because you'll need a stronger detergent.
Make sure your pads are completely dry. Bacteria thrive in moist environments so if you don't let your pads completely dry before storing them, it could increase your risk to yeast infections.
